SLEEPING IN THE PARK

I've been sleeping in the parks and it is damn cold

For residents of the city, the plaza are an icon of the area, and a natural barrier that sets the capital apart from others in the area.
For the city's homeless, the San Pedro Plaza are an area where they can sleep overnight.
But Is it legal to sleep on a park bench if you are homeless?
Most likely there are no laws against sleeping on a park bench in your jurisdiction. The problem, however, is where the park benches are located. They are in the park. Most city municipal codes restrict park hours from dawn until dusk. during the night the park is considered closed and you can be charged with trespassing if you are found anywhere within park grounds during those hours. This applies to about 90% of the city and county parks out there.
